TRC Used Inspected Composite Sucker Rod
Limited 12-Month Warranty
Effective for Products and Services Sold After October 15, 2018
TRC Services, Inc., including its subsidiaries, warrants against defects in material and workmanship of used API monogrammed composite sucker rods and pony rods inspected by TRC Services of Texas, Inc. for a period of twelve (12) months from the invoice date to the original purchaser of such products or services.
This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon TRC, or an authorized Distributor of TRC, providing or approving a sucker rod string predictive design for the use of inspected Fiberflex® products in a particular application and that the recommendation has been followed when placing the products into service. Additionally, this Limited Warranty is conditioned upon TRC’s authorized field technician being present and assisting in placing the products into service.
This warranty will cover the replacement of any part found to be defective by TRC. No other consequential damages shall be the liability of TRC, its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, or its Distributors.
This warranty does not cover the cost of failures caused by misapplication, improper handling, improper joint makeup, accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the composite sucker rods.
TRC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties with respect to the inspection of any composite sucker rods that are not API monogrammed by the original manufacturer.
Any claim for product warranty by the original purchaser of the product must be submitted in writing to TRC within thirteen (13) months from the original invoice date of

In the event a dispute would arise, resulting from the findings of such analysis, TRC would retain the right to submit the data pertinent to the claim to a qualified third party independent testing lab for analysis. The original purchaser and TRC would be bound by the findings of the third-party analysis and would agree to share such costs incurred.
