TRC|Fiberflex® Composite Sucker Rod

Limited 25-Month Warranty,

Effective for Products Sold After January 1, 2013

TRC Services, Inc., including its subsidiaries, warrants against defects in material and workmanship of the Fiberflex product line of composite sucker rods and pony rods manufactured by Total Rod Concepts, Inc. for a period of twenty-five (25) months from the invoice date to the original purchaser of such products. 

This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon Total Rod Concepts, or an authorized Distributor of Total Rod Concepts, providing or approving a sucker rod string predictive design for the use of Fiberflex products in a particular application and that the recommendation has been followed when placing the products into service.  Additionally, this Limited Warranty is conditioned upon Total Rod Concepts’ authorized field technician being present and assisting in placing the products into service.

This warranty will cover the replacement of any part found to be defective by Total Rod Concepts. No other consequential damages shall be the liability of Total Rod Concepts, its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, or its Distributors.

This warranty does not cover the cost of failures caused by misapplication, improper handling, improper joint makeup, accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the composite sucker rods.

Any claim for product warranty by the original purchaser of the product must be submitted in writing to Total Rod Concepts within thirty (30) months from the original invoice date of product.

Any such claim submitted must be accompanied by the sucker rod string design, failed composite sucker rod, and any other information as required by Total Rod Concepts that would be deemed necessary to complete the necessary analysis to determine root cause of any failure.

In the event a dispute would arise, resulting from the findings of such analysis, Total Rod Concepts would retain the right to submit the data pertinent to the claim to a qualified third party independent testing lab for analysis. The original purchaser and Total Rod Concepts would be bound by the findings of the third party analysis and would agree to share such costs incurred.

NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, SHALL BE APPLICABLE FOR THE FIBERFLEX PRODUCT LINE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT ANY FIBERFLEX PRODUCTS ARE FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
