Russell has been in the industry for 12 years, climbing from Field Sales and Service rep to the Area Operations Manager for previous companies.  Russell has extensive experience managing personnel and equipment, ensuring that quality products and services are delivered to clients and partners through proper planning and maintenance of equipment and process. This background ensures that he is the right fit as the Operations Director of TRC Valves.

Russell was with Weatherford for nearly 10 years, climbing from Field Sales and Service rep in July 2011, to the Area Operations Manager – Texas Production Segment in April 2020. As the Area Operations Manager for Weatherford, Russell managed personnel and equipment, ensuring that quality product and service is delivered to clients and partners through proper planning and maintenance of equipment and process. This background ensures that he is the right fit as the Operations Director of TRC Valves.
