Extensive leadership experience and diverse educational and work background, specialized in increasing organizational capabilities and cultivating new opportunities for expansion and growth.  Stan has over 10 year's experience completing gas lift designs, nodal analysis, training seminars, field and control center troubleshooting and optimization, well completions, gas lift workover installations, and wire line/slick line operations.  Being detail oriented while maintaining a broad operational view, Stan has a unique ability to solve complex issues and compose procedures and processes for long term success.

Stan worked for Weatherford for over 6 years working his way from a Field Service Technician to the Gas Lift Champion for the Texas Gulf Coast area and then as the Gas Lift Manager at Tryton Tool Services from 2019 to 2021 before joining the TRC Valves team. Stans extensive management experience in the Gas Lift industry makes him a great fit for the OPS Management position at TRC Valves.
